To address this challenge, they partnered with vendor DeepHealth to implement its AI-assisted prostate evaluation software.

The solution from DeepHealth streamlined the reading process and automated MRI targeting for fusion biopsies. This implementation resulted in a 14.1% median reduction in radiologist read-time across the two centers. Furthermore, by automating biopsy targeting, the overall workflow for biopsy-recommended cases was reduced by 37%, saving an estimated 232 hours annually.
