Deepgram's solution involved self-hosting its Nova-3 speech-to-text model inside Prem AI's Trusted Execution Environments. This provided Prem AI's customers with low-latency, multilingual transcription that never leaves their sovereign infrastructure. The implementation delivered high accuracy, especially for EU languages and speaker diarization, and met sub-500ms latency targets for conversational agents. As a result, Prem AI can now offer voice as a first-class, sovereign capability, enabling regulated enterprises to build voice-enabled agents and workflows with complete data control.
