A DeepCrawl Case Study
Missguided, a fast-growing fast-fashion e-commerce brand, faced frequent site changes that created SEO risks — most notably duplicate-content issues from a “Send a Friend” social-share URL pattern and a duplicated H1 on a German homepage newsletter box. To gain continuous visibility into site health, Missguided turned to DeepCrawl’s site-auditing and crawling service.
DeepCrawl was simple to set up and integrated into Missguided’s workflow with regular (weekly) crawls, UAT scanning, and clear reports. Using DeepCrawl’s diagnostics the team implemented regex to block the harmful share URLs, fixed the duplicate H1, and began flagging issues in testing so they can be corrected the same day — eliminating recurring duplicate-content problems and reducing the risk of SEO penalties. DeepCrawl’s trend-lines and overall-view reports made it easier for the SEO and IT teams to spot and resolve issues before they impacted rankings.
