Mondelez International, a major global snack food company, faced challenges with its employee and visitor check-in process. The manual system was a drain on resources and caused confusion, often leading to delays for employees moving between facilities. The company sought a solution from DeepBrain AI to modernize and streamline this process, aiming to make it both efficient and engaging.

DeepBrain AI implemented its AI Kiosk solution, which was customized to integrate with Mondelez's existing chatbot and speech-to-text services. A key feature was the creation of a custom 3D avatar based on the Chips Ahoy! character to provide a friendly interface, all powered by AWS cloud infrastructure for low latency and high performance. The solution was deployed in two locations for a proof of concept. While still in the early stages, it provided tangible benefits like a consistent and efficient check-in experience and intangible benefits by delighting users. DeepBrain AI's implementation successfully modernized the check-in process, freeing up staff and saving time.
