Case Study: Czech Army achieves secure information sharing with Deep Secure

Enabling the Czech Army to implement Information Exchange Gateways (IEGs) with Deep Secure Solutions

The Czech Army needed to rapidly build and deploy NATO Information Exchange Gateways (IEGs) to securely share information with allies and partners. They faced the challenge of integrating Information Protection Services to enforce complex security policies and defend against content-borne threats within an aggressive twenty-week schedule. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor Deep Secure.

Deep Secure deployed its Policy Engine Guards for Mail, Web, and File Transfer to perform deep content inspection and enforce information sharing policies. Their information eXchange product was also used for content threat removal. With Deep Secure's technology and expert consulting support, the Czech Army successfully deployed multiple IEGs on time, enabling secure, policy-driven information exchange with NATO and non-NATO nations.
