Travel Edge, a Toronto-based travel management company, needed a more consolidated corporate travel program to help clients reduce costs and keep travelers happier. With a large share of its business coming from clients managing travel for 20 or more travelers and at least $500,000 in annual bookings, Travel Edge saw an opportunity to improve adoption, savings, and customer satisfaction using Deem’s Etta platform.

Deem implemented Etta to let Travel Edge load negotiated supplier rates directly into the booking tool, support policy enforcement, and manage unused tickets more effectively. The result was improved client satisfaction and better adoption, including a successful transition for Trace3 after failures with two other platforms, while helping Travel Edge make travel easier, more productive, and more cost-efficient for its customers.
