With 15 separate travel sites, strict branding and customization requirements, and the need for stronger security controls, its existing vendor could no longer meet its innovation, agility, and compliance needs. Deem was selected to help create a single, modern travel experience for both employee and non-employee travel.
Deem restructured CT100’s CTD-based travel program into one customized, mobile-first platform with traveler segmentation, dynamic messaging, pre-trip approval, stronger administration tools, branded fare shopping, and online changes and cancellations. Deem also worked with the customer’s security team to complete a security assessment within 30 days, validating PCI, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA-aligned protections. The result was a secure, easier-to-use booking experience that improved traveler satisfaction, increased OBT adoption, reduced support calls, and helped drive cost savings through better fare choices.
