The company is migrating US employees to PEO, Swiss employees to Deel Payroll, and international freelancers to Deel’s contractor solution, while also rolling out automated performance cycles and standardized hiring workflows. Early results include a faster, smoother PEO experience for Algrano’s US team, plus a more scalable and unified HR foundation across 8+ countries.
