Alan, a health insurance company founded in France, was scaling quickly across Europe and needed to harmonize its remote-work policy, HR practices, and compensation packages while hiring internationally. To support compliant cross-border hiring, Alan turned to Deel and used its EOR product to manage employment in new markets.

Deel’s in-house EOR network and platform gave Alan faster support, stronger compliance, and a smoother employee experience, helping the company onboard its first EOR hire in the Netherlands in May 2021. Since then, Deel has supported Alan in hiring dozens of team members across five European countries, including Spain, Belgium, and Canada, while expanding its candidate pool and enabling the company to grow beyond 600 employees.
