How Swiss Re uses Deedster at Work to drive its NetZeroYou2 strategy

To overcome this, they partnered with the vendor Deedster to utilize their Deedster at Work interactive app as a central tool for fostering employee participation and climate activism.

The solution implemented by Deedster involved an app that allowed employees to track their actions, learn about sustainability, and understand their individual impact. This platform enabled Swiss Re to co-create its program and cultivate ongoing engagement. As a result, over 4,000 employees downloaded the Deedster app, igniting widespread interest and creativity while reinforcing the essential link between the company's workforce and its net-zero goals.
