DECODE partnered with Cafu, an on-demand car services app based in the UAE, to help solve every car-related need for their users. The challenge was to enhance and expand their existing mobile application to offer a wide range of services, including fuel delivery and maintenance, while also tackling technical difficulties like localization and app expansion.

The solution implemented by DECODE was the development of a comprehensive, all-in-one car services app for both iOS and Android. This included maintaining the legacy app, creating a new version with a modular architecture and redesigned user flows, and building a new iOS app for electric vehicle services in Canada. The results for Cafu included over 1 million downloads, a successful expansion into the Canadian market, and an improved, complete mobile experience for its users.
