A DecideAct Case Study
Lyngby Taarbæk Forsyning, a public utility company in Denmark, faced the challenge of modernizing its operations to become more strategic and efficient. Under pressure to implement constant savings, the company was not meeting best practices in its core strategic areas of efficiency, sustainability, and customer focus. The new CEO brought in DecideAct to help address these business issues.
DecideAct implemented its platform to execute a new strategic recovery plan, named Strategy 2.0, based on four key pillars. This provided the utility with a clear overview of initiatives and metrics, making reporting much easier and linking goals across the organization. As a result, Lyngby Taarbæk Forsyning achieved notable progress on business-critical initiatives, spent time more efficiently, and found it easier to onboard new employees, firmly setting it on the path to becoming a top utility in Denmark.
