How Workflexi Fast-tracked Gig Economy Payments & Settlements

Workflexi, an online gig economy platform in India, needed a faster way to settle payments to gig workers and improve transaction reconciliation as transaction volumes grew. Using Decentro’s API product suite, including its accounts module and virtual accounts, Workflexi looked to streamline payment collection and tracking across multiple users and companies.

Decentro enabled Workflexi to set up multiple virtual accounts with white-labeled UPI IDs, automating reconciliation in real time and making settlements instant. The result was a reduction in payment delays from T+6 to T+0, along with support for multi-channel collections via UPI, QR codes, RTGS, IMPS, and NEFT, all through a single integration.
