iSITE - Customer Case Study

iSITE, a SaaS web-based field service provider, needed to digitize technician workflows—photo capture, drawings, job tracking and payments—into a mobile, tablet-friendly app to speed turnaround, improve customer service and simplify back‑office operations. DEBUT INFOTECH was engaged to design and develop an iPad-native mobile field service platform integrated with iSite’s existing web portal.

DEBUT INFOTECH delivered a RESTful-integrated iPad app with searchable drawings and job cards, an in‑app drawing editor, photo capture, status updates, payment collection, location-based access and offline data creation with seamless sync. The solution met iSite’s requirements, was completed on budget and within a 16-week timeline, and provided a polished native app that reduced dependence on connectivity and accelerated field operations.
