U.S. Restaurant Properties (USRP) is a Dallas-based private REIT that acquires and manages single-tenant, net-leased restaurant properties with a lean investment team. Evaluating hundreds of acquisition opportunities a year using email, Excel, home‑grown databases and paper created inefficiencies, duplicated work with outside service providers, and too much administrative overhead. To address this, USRP partnered with Dealpath and adopted Dealpath’s deal management platform.
