Unit4 Empowers Sales with DealHub CPQ Solution

Unit4, a global provider of ERP, HCM and FP&A software for people-centric organizations, needed to empower its Sales team during a digital transformation that included CRM migrations and a push for touchless quoting. To maintain business-as-usual for its ~3,000 employees and find a partner that could work agnostically across CRM/ERP systems, Unit4 selected DealHub and deployed DealHub’s CPQ along with CLM, eSign and document generation capabilities.

DealHub implemented its CPQ as Unit4’s central product and pricing master, managing quoting workflows, approvals, dynamic Playbooks and automatic syncs to CRM and ERP, enabling a lift-and-shift during CRM changes without disrupting sales. The result was faster time-to-quote, higher sales adoption, more self-service administration via no-code configuration, and reduced implementation time and costs while keeping quoting operations continuous.
