Downey Hyundai, a small family-owned dealership in the competitive Southern California market, needed a better way to attract customers and improve performance against larger nearby competitors. To address its fragmented digital marketing setup, the dealership partnered with Dealer.com for Advertising, Premium SEO, Content and Creative, and Digital Retailing services tied to its website.

Dealer.com implemented a unified, team-based approach that aligned SEO, advertising, creative, and digital retailing under one coordinated strategy. The results were strong: from April through July 2020, visits rose 29.2% year over year, quality visits increased 40.2%, page views climbed 44.3%, VDP views per visit jumped 67%, time on site grew 21.9%, and total conversions increased 52.8%. In the new collaborative model, conversions averaged 1,228 per month versus 500–700 under the multi-vendor approach.
