Dibaq, a manufacturer and distributor of dog and cat food, needed a way to keep up with its fast-growing e-commerce presence as online sales expanded to about half of its business. Using Dealavo’s e-commerce monitoring and reporting tools, Dibaq continuously tracked sellers, prices, product visibility, and listing quality across channels such as Allegro and online shops. The company says it grew from around 100 retailers offering its products in 2019 to almost 400, while also gaining insight into pricing speed, competitor behavior, and listing errors so it could quickly alert retailers and support customers. Dealavo helped Dibaq improve quality control, monitor market dynamics, and identify new sales opportunities in an increasingly competitive market.
