Tennis Australia, the national governing body for tennis, needed to help coaches do more than just coach. DeakinCo. partnered with Tennis Australia to create and deliver the Tennis Australia Master Club Professional Course, a seven-month Diploma of Management focused on practical, project-based learning and business planning. The course has run annually since 2007 and has delivered strong outcomes, including a 40% increase in regional club membership in 18 months, greater government tender success, promotions to senior management, coaching awards, and global business expansion.
