Shell, the global energy and petrochemical company operating in 80 countries, needed a more focused and consistent approach to management training after its 1997 restructure. To support its global leadership goals and exacting standards, Shell selected DeakinCo. as its sole management training provider.

DeakinCo. worked with Shell to design and deliver 40 training programs across core-to-Shell, co-company, and public offerings, producing course materials aligned to Shell’s values and implementing online registration through Shell’s intranet. DeakinCo. also provided administrative support and flexible delivery formats, helping Shell maximise training value and attendance; participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees praising the relevance, quality, and facilitation of the courses.
