To address this, Deloitte worked with DeakinCo. on its Opening Doors coaching program.

DeakinCo. designed a tailored coaching program for Deloitte’s senior partners, helping them hold more productive and authentic conversations, deliver feedback consistently, and better identify and support high-potential staff. Several dozen partners in Sydney and Melbourne have completed the program, and many have reported a powerful positive impact on their day-to-day interactions.
