CPA Australia, one of the world’s premier accounting bodies, needed a partner to help devise and deliver the CPA Program—a large-scale professional development initiative for accounting and finance professionals worldwide. DeakinCo. joined CPA Australia in 1989 to support the creation of study materials and the broader education program.

DeakinCo. assembled a multidisciplinary team to design, build, and deliver the program, including educational design, psychometrics, online learning materials, printing, logistics, and administration support. The result was the largest professional upgrade program in the southern hemisphere, with the CPA Program growing to around 30,000 enrolments per semester, 300 international venues, 80% of papers processed within five business days, and 99.9% within 15 days.
