Cotton On Group, a global fashion retailer with 1000+ stores and plans for further expansion, needed a scalable learning and development approach to prepare staff for growth. To support its Learning and Development Academy (L&DA) within COGUni, Cotton On Group selected DeakinCo. to help bring its competency-based learning framework to life using modern training technology and blended learning.

DeakinCo. designed and delivered a tailored blend of face-to-face sessions, e-resources, and e-learning, supported by expert facilitators and a cloud system for learning administration and attendance tracking. The program trained 1000+ staff with very high attendance, expanded from Geelong to Singapore, and received strong endorsement for its content and facilitation, helping Cotton On Group prepare for rollout to South Africa, the US, and beyond.
