Cadbury needed a training solution that could help field sales managers coach territory managers in a new sales approach, while also shifting managers from a task-based culture to a more collaborative, team-based learning culture. DeakinCo. was brought in to support this change with a coaching-focused development program.
DeakinCo. delivered a Field Sales Manager program that included a coaching skills survey, five one-on-one executive coaching sessions, and a two-day Coaching Skills Workshop, supported by individual action planning. The pilot in NSW/ACT achieved the primary operational goal, and participants reported strong competency shifts, improved productivity, and a more positive, solution-focused approach that helped some rebuild their reputations within the business.
