ANZ sought a compliance training program for its network of independent finance brokers. DeakinCo. was engaged and, through a design thinking process, recommended a shift away from traditional eLearning modules towards a performance-focused solution.

DeakinCo. developed the Broker Hub, a portal that embedded compliance into the brokers' sales process via an interactive interview guide and just-in-time tools. The solution received overwhelmingly positive feedback, ensuring compliance while also increasing profits for ANZ. The bank now plans to roll out the portal's design framework to additional business streams.
