Alpine Shire Council partnered with **DeakinCo.** to strengthen the leadership and coaching capabilities of its senior managers. Serving a community of 13,000 across a large and diverse rural area, the Council needed better decision-making, people skills, and performance, supported by reliable assessment tools and coaching that could be applied to real workplace challenges.

**DeakinCo.** delivered a customised executive coaching and leadership program built around the **Life Styles Inventory (LSI)**, facilitated workshops, group and one-to-one coaching, a workplace project, and follow-up assessment. Six leaders, including the Acting Chief Executive Officer, completed the program, and the Council reported that several challenging operational issues had been resolved.
