Case Study: Copps Industries triples sales and scales operations with Deacom ERP

A Deacom Case Study

Preview of the Copps Industries Case Study

Copps Industries’ sales have tripled since going live with Deacom ERP

Copps Industries, a Mequon, WI manufacturer of epoxy resins since 1979, struggled to scale on outdated DOS-based systems, heavy paper trails, and manual workarounds. The retirement of long-tenured employees further exposed weak process control and knowledge gaps, forcing Copps to limit SKUs and rely on people rather than centralized systems to run the business.

Copps implemented Deacom ERP in 2008 and upgraded to Deacom Managed Cloud Services in 2019–2020, centralizing documents, workflows, freight analytics and CRM in a single cloud platform that enabled seamless remote work. The results: sales tripled since going live with Deacom, SKUs grew 500% to 1,500, active customers more than doubled to ~400 in 27 countries, outside IT support costs fell ~20%, daily Deacom usage is ~91% of staff, and user adoption rose 44% in two years—delivering stronger process control, scalability and reduced operational risk.
