De Facto delivered its Distribution & Manufacturing module with configurable excise duty handling, price banding and automatic bonded‑customer pricing, plus an iPad‑compatible eCRM, a custom trade-order website integrated with the ERP and a Brand Asset Management media gallery. The implementation simplified price maintenance, gave reps and customers real‑time access to accounts and orders, streamlined repeat ordering and delivery tracking, and provided instant access to high‑resolution product media.
