APS Group, founded in 1961, is a marketing-solutions provider whose logistics division handles storage and distribution of print and packaging. They needed a new management information system to improve customer service, track every movement/transaction in detail, and replace fragmented project tracking (previously done in Outlook and spreadsheets); the solution also had to scale from clients with 40 items and 300 delivery points up to over 2,000 items and 2,000 locations.

De Facto implemented its ERP Distribution & Manufacturing and CRM modules, along with warehouse management and job-costing integration, consolidating documentation, enabling timesheet-based staff costing and delivering far more detailed reporting. The result was a flexible, scalable system that improved operational control, reporting and project management across varied client needs — with APS praising prompt support and recommending the solution.
