Willis Networks, a UK network of independent insurance brokers, needed a better way to support members’ marketing and renewal campaigns without forcing them into costly off-the-shelf CRM software. Existing systems varied widely across the network, making it difficult for Willis Networks to influence broker activity or provide a consistent, value-added service. DCSL Software Ltd was chosen to deliver a bespoke, hosted CRM solution, called Willis ACQUIRE Broker CRM System.
DCSL Software Ltd built and launched the custom CRM in just three months, enabling electronic campaign management, branded email templates, automated triggers, and response tracking. The hosted model removed licence costs and is estimated to have saved Willis Networks £120,000 over three years, while replacing expensive postal campaigns and giving the company better visibility and control over partner marketing.
