WaterAid, the international charity, needed a more robust way to manage large restricted grants, track spending conditions, and report on outcomes after outgrowing its existing system. DCSL Software Ltd built a new Restricted Income System using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server, delivering a database-driven platform with live reporting, search and filtering, document storage, and multilingual support. The result was faster access to grant information, less manual Excel reporting, and better visibility into income and project progress, with positive user feedback and a system ready for future integration with CRM, accounts, and financial planning tools.
