I Holland, a UK-based supplier of tablet tooling for the global pharmaceutical industry, needed a better way to manage tooling maintenance, traceability, and reporting in an increasingly regulated environment. To meet strict compliance requirements, the company sought DCSL Software Ltd to help replace its limited measuring system with a more comprehensive solution for day-to-day tooling lifecycle management.

DCSL Software Ltd designed and built the IH-TMS, a bespoke tooling lifecycle and rotation management system with touchscreen usability, hardware integration, multilingual support, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. The result was a system that impressed I Holland and its customers, received excellent feedback from 21 market representatives, and is being translated into multiple languages, with the potential to support 14–16 languages overall, helping I Holland strengthen its market position and win new business.
