Tante Marie Culinary Academy, the UK’s longest established independent cookery school, wanted to give graduates digital access to its 650-page recipe back-catalogue instead of relying on bulky printed folders. Working with DCSL Software Ltd, the Academy looked for a mobile solution that would work on both iOS and Android, be accessible on- and offline, and protect its copyrighted recipes.

DCSL Software Ltd built a Xamarin.Forms mobile app and delivered it through the App Store and Google Play for an annual subscription. The app launched in December 2017, quickly gained steady downloads, and around 40% of users who downloaded it emailed positive feedback, while also giving Tante Marie Culinary Academy a competitive edge and a platform for future digital expansion.
