Soccer Coaching Limited, a sports coaching and school clubs provider in the south-east of England, needed to replace a limited paper-based and web booking process that was time-consuming for coaches and inconvenient for parents. The company worked with DCSL Software Ltd to create an integrated online booking system that could support secure payments, mobile use, and a smoother browse-and-book experience.

DCSL Software Ltd delivered the new system using Agile development, integrating it with the existing website and adding secure in-system payments, a members’ area, and management reporting tools. The platform went live on schedule in January 2017 and quickly improved efficiency, cutting admin for coaches and enabling parents to complete bookings in under five minutes; SCL also reported that over 99% of the original spec was delivered.
