Alere Healthcare Connections, an occupational health services provider, needed to replace manual booking, spreadsheet-based reporting, and fragmented records with a more efficient way to manage medicals, screenings, and client feedback. It chose DCSL Software Ltd to build a bespoke web-based occupational health management system using Microsoft .Net, including online booking and support for capturing client-specific requirements and lab data.

DCSL Software Ltd delivered the first phase of the system, which went live in March 2012, and also hosts and manages it remotely. The new platform gave Alere Healthcare Connections a single source of information, automated workflows and alerts, reduced clerical errors, improved scheduling accuracy, and enabled secure access from anywhere, saving significant time and helping staff respond to client queries much faster.
