Willis Towers Watson Networks, one of the world’s largest insurance intermediaries, wanted a mobile app to help broker members stay closer to clients by providing easy access to policy information and incident recording. The challenge was to deliver a solution that could be customized by each broker with its own branding and work across iPhone, Android, and Windows devices without creating multiple versions.

DCSL Software Ltd developed MyBroker as a cross-platform app built on a single code base and integrated it with Willis Towers Watson Networks’ existing My Alexsys portal. The solution went live in just six months, is now used by 35 brokers, and has helped Willis Towers Watson Networks cut development and maintenance costs by an estimated 70%, while also earning an Insurance Times App of the Year shortlist.
