Health intervention results measurement system for iMPACT Software

iMPACT, a spin-off from Gladstone Software, needed a way to prove the impact of health intervention and wellness programmes so it could secure ongoing funding and support from commissioners, employers, and healthcare providers. Working with DCSL Software Ltd, it sought to turn an existing business operations system into a commercial evidence-gathering platform for measuring outcomes across health programmes and courses.

DCSL Software Ltd redesigned and expanded the system using ASP.NET MVC, C#, HTML5, Kendo UI, and SQL Server, adding questionnaire tools, automated email/SMS reminders, workflow logic, secure role-based portals, and data migration for continuity. The solution went live for Everyone Health, iMPACT’s largest client, supporting three major contracts, more than 140 programmes, and around 100 practitioners/referrers, while giving iMPACT the hard evidence and case studies needed to demonstrate success to funders.
