Forever Living Products needed a more modern way to manage distributor event tickets and order processing. Its existing semi-automated ticketing process was time-consuming, costly, and limited sales to three days before each event, while also affecting the company’s professional image. DCSL Software Ltd was brought in to build a bespoke e-ticketing and order processing system.

DCSL Software Ltd delivered an online solution using QR codes, Microsoft ASP.NET, and SQL Server, integrating with FLP’s distributor database and payment processing. The system removed the need for special hardware or a custom mobile app, reduced administration and postage costs, enabled tickets to be sold right up to the event, and improved convenience for customers. It was so effective that FLP rolled it out in Ireland within five months, with full ownership of the software and the ability to reuse it in future.
