LCH, a London-based provider of bespoke hire, replacement and management services for chauffeur and private hire businesses, needed to replace a patchwork of spreadsheets, desktop tools and web systems that could no longer support its rapid growth. DCSL Software Ltd delivered HireHubb, a cloud-based portal with a desktop version and mobile app, integrating bookings, invoicing, vehicle management, driver routing and tracking into one system. The platform also connected with Google Maps and GPS for live vehicle location, route planning and mileage calculations, while improving visibility and task handling across the business. The result was a more scalable, user-friendly system that streamlined daily processes, improved customer service and eliminated reliance on handwritten notes and disconnected inboxes.
