Bit Planner, developed with Special Projects, needed a way to bridge the gap between a shared physical wall planner and team members’ digital calendars. After proving the concept with computer vision, the team needed DCSL Software Ltd to turn the idea into a robust, reliable product that could attract growing interest from major businesses and brands.

DCSL Software Ltd built the Bit Planner app using a computer vision algorithm and Xamarin for cross-platform mobile support, enabling users to photograph the physical board and automatically convert color-coded blocks into a digital schedule. The result was a smooth, intuitive app with Google Calendar sync, faster collaboration between teams, and a successful move from prototype to joint venture commercialization.
