Pepperstone, a fast-growing global forex broker based in Melbourne, was struggling to keep up with a rapidly expanding number of data sources and team members. Their Redshift-based analytics and BI setup made it hard to maintain lineage, onboard new analysts, and ensure consistent reporting across Tableau dashboards.
