UniBank, a premier community bank in central Massachusetts, was frustrated with its hosted Exchange email provider, which was slow to respond to support requests and configuration changes and created security and compliance concerns. The bank needed a more responsive, cloud-first email environment with stronger protection against phishing, spoofing, and social engineering attacks, so it turned to Daymark Solutions.
Daymark Solutions migrated UniBank’s email environment to Microsoft Office 365 and added Mimecast for email security, including spam and malware filtering, attachment protection, and URL rewriting. The project gave UniBank’s IT team full control over day-to-day email tasks, improved user satisfaction and performance, strengthened data security and compliance, and restored IT’s reputation for responsiveness.
