The platform cut time to enter new hires by 66%, reduced scheduling time by 87%, shrank payroll processing from four days to four hours, and helped lower turnover from about 275% to 200%; it also sped annual reporting (401(k) census) from three weeks to two days—providing visibility to better match labor to store demand and scale growth.
