Springbrook is an upstate New York non‑profit that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, serving over 1,000 families and employing about 1,400 staff—more than half as direct support professionals (DSPs). The organization’s legacy HR system lacked core functionality, required extensive manual data integration, produced duplicate or missing records, and created a poor user experience that constrained growth and operational efficiency.

In 2015 Springbrook implemented Dayforce (HR, Workforce Management, Document Management, Dashboards, Onboarding, Recruiting), consolidating employee data into a single application and one user record. The platform streamlined HCM processes, reduced payroll and management workload, improved audit controls, data visibility, and time processing, eliminated paper/manual tasks, and enabled an across‑the‑board DSP pay increase that positioned Springbrook as a compensation leader in the state.
