A Dayforce Case Study
Medical Imaging Consultants (MIC), Canada’s largest radiology partnership based in Edmonton with 12 clinics and 380 employees, faced a time-consuming, manual HCM environment: scheduling and time tracking consumed up to 40 hours per week and two full-time staff, managers lacked comprehensive labor-cost visibility, employees had no mobile HR access, and payroll and benefits administration was inefficient and error-prone.
MIC implemented Dayforce HCM (payroll, benefits, workforce management, time & attendance, HR and dashboards) to centralize and automate processes and provide mobile access and configurable GL reporting. As a result, scheduling and timesheet administration dropped 50–70% (about $50,000/year), payroll and benefits now require one FTE (saving $51,000/year), managers have detailed labor-cost insight, and automated workflows improved accuracy and efficiency.
