Essentra partnered with Ceridian to roll out Dayforce for HR, payroll, workforce management and benefits, moving from phased pilots to a 28‑country big‑bang launch. The consolidated SaaS solution created a single source for time and attendance into payroll, automated scheduling and better manager/employee visibility, and enabled bringing payroll in‑house without increasing headcount — all backed by a responsive Ceridian partnership.
