A Dayforce Case Study
Bankstown Sports Club, a not-for-profit hospitality and community organization in Australia with 520 employees, was managing rostering, payroll, HR, training, recruiting, and onboarding across five separate systems. This created duplicate work, limited visibility into workforce data, and made it harder to manage labor costs and staffing for its always-on business. Bankstown Sports Club chose Dayforce, with support from implementation partner Enforce, to unify its HR operations.
Dayforce implemented a single platform for payroll, workforce management, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and learning, while Enforce supported training, change management, and complex local compliance needs. The project went live in October 2021, and the results included high employee adoption, better visibility for staff, and a major payroll efficiency gain: payroll processing dropped from a full day of work to just a few hours for one specialist managing all 520 employees.
