Danone North America, a multinational consumer-packaged goods company and certified B Corp, needed a more agile, integrated HCM platform to support its 6,000 employees across manufacturing, sales, and headquarters locations. It also wanted to improve employee well-being and stand out in a competitive talent market, especially for its hourly frontline workforce.

Danone North America implemented Dayforce for payroll, time and attendance, HR, performance, learning, engagement, and Dayforce Wallet pay-on-demand. With Dayforce, it rolled out flexible access to earned pay, helped fund more than $13.6 million in pay requests, reduced its payroll team from 11 people to five, cut pay schedules from six to two, and improved recruitment, retention, and workforce agility.
