A Dayforce Case Study
Bankstown Sports Club, a 24/7 hospitality and community organization in Australia, was struggling with workforce planning across 520 employees. With five disconnected systems for rostering, payroll, HR, training, recruiting, and onboarding, the club lacked real-time visibility into labor data and spent too much time managing payroll and staffing complexity. Dayforce helped Bankstown Sports Club bring these functions into one platform.
Bankstown Sports Club implemented Dayforce for payroll, workforce management, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and learning, giving managers mobile access to rosters, timesheets, and real-time labor data. As a result, payroll processing dropped from a full day to just a few hours, employee adoption was high, and the club gained better control over labor costs and scheduling. Bankstown Sports Club is also trialing Dayforce Advanced Scheduling, which could save an estimated 2% to 3% on the bottom line, or about $1 million annually.
