Champneys, the UK luxury spa and hospitality brand, was struggling with manual, paper-based HR and payroll processes across more than 1,100 employees working varied shifts at multiple sites. The company needed a more efficient way to improve compliance, gain real-time workforce visibility, and support its people-first culture, so it partnered with Dayforce and used Dayforce Payroll, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, and other workforce tools.

Dayforce implemented an automated, AI-enhanced platform that unified payroll, scheduling, HR, and learning into one system. The results were significant: a 96% reduction in time to complete pay runs, an 80% reduction in pay queries, and a 97.5% reduction in time to create staff schedules. Champneys also cut monthly pay runs from 18 to 2, reduced payroll processing from five hours to 12 minutes, and saved an estimated 20,000 HR hours annually.
